Lovely 17th century country inn just 200 yards from the river in the historic and picturesque village of Houghton, 2 miles from St. Ives (pretty riverside town) and Huntingdon (historic market town) and just 2025 minutes from Cambridge. We have 3 rooms, very comfortable king sized beds, flat screen tv in each room and hospitality tray. A good hearty breakfast is included in room rates and we try to locally sourced food wherever possible. An excellent base for business or for leisure with some of the following attractions just a stone's throw away - Cambridge, Ely, The Imperial War Museum at Duxford (approx 2025 minutes), The American Cemetry. We have free WIFI internet access for your added convenience at no extra charge.It is also an idyllic base to explore the area or enjoy over 26 miles of signposted walks on the Ouse Valley Way that runs through the village. One day coarse fishing licences available.The village also boats a convenience shop, post office, antiques shop, gift shop and hairdresser as well.
